About this Challenge
Let's start at the end, shall we?
Let's start with imagining a 60-minute block of time that is available every day to you. This is time that no one has laid claim to. There are no chores to be completed, no errands to run.
Ahhhh... how do you feel?
Anxious? Wondering why you have all this extra time?
Bored? You don't know what to do with all this extra time?
Excited? You can't decide how to be use all this extra time?
You may have to work your way thru each of those stages, as you actually free up 60-90 minutes in your busy day... each and every day.
For now... start letting yourself imagine what you'd do with that time.
Let's get to the challenge...
Each day I am going to challenge you to look at your current habits and routines to see where you can free up time.
You'll be looking at how you do things, why you do things, and whether you need to do things.
I'll be honest... you may feel a bit uncomfortable. You may feel a bit defensive.
Allow yourself to process the suggestions I'm making. Allow yourself to take an honest look at how you spend your time. Allow yourself to imagine a different choice and a different life for yourself.
